Design Process
Our first visit will be at the site you wish to develop in order to determine the scope of work, site limitations (if any) and discuss ideas and concepts as well as preliminary costing. We will review our extensive portfolio to get a feel for your style and desires.

Once we are selected for your project we will revisit your site to review all existing conditions. We will do a thorough site analysis and record all necessary spot elevations. At this time it as also necessary to review lot coverage calculations and local ordinances to determine if there are any limits or restrictions which may govern how we develop the site. We then produce conceptual drawings in order to review options available to you. For example, we may include more than one patio or pool concept. At this time we will review budgeting once again and proceed to more detailed drawings based on your input. At the completion of final drawings we will review plant and hardscape material selections and provide a detailed cost analysis of the project.

Once final design and costing has been approved, we will prepare a construction proposal outlining the scope and procedure for your project and begin to order materials.Once your construction work is completed, we would look forward to helping you maintain your investment. Our relationships with numerous experienced contractors allow us to provide you with any necessary lawn and shrub care needed to provide your grounds the required programs to prevent weeds, insects and disease from damaging your investment. We offer a grounds maintenance program limited to all planting beds as well as providing seasonal flower and bulb display.
